One of Cherie’s favorite projects and why: Major main-floor remodel in Minnetonka
“All of my projects are my favorite! Every project is original and unique to the homeowners. This particular project won both a RoTY and a ROMA award in 2024 and I think it turned out lovely! For this project, our homeowners dreamed of updating their 1984 house, which included the existing centrally-located staircase, which was dated-looking and very oak-heavy. They wanted the staircase to have a major uplift to complement the new kitchen, mudroom and dining space that was also being remodeled. The hope was to maintain a contemporary element and to create a “showstopper” for when guests arrived through the doors. Success achieved.”
