Our Spring Lake Townhome has had Boyer out before to remodel their lower level for entertaining, guest quarters and office space. This time we were honored to come back and majorly renovate their main floor. From the kitchen overhaul to its slick, modern look and midcentury twist, to revamping the porch off of the kitchen to a beautiful dining space, entry way facelift and primary suite. The whole mainfloor shines as does the new back deck and stone steps to meet the gorgeous lake living our homeowners now have.
