The Boyer Building process starts with providing our homeowners with clear, transparent information in a reasonable timeframe, in order to provide the space or home they desire.

When designing a new build or remodeled project with Boyer Building, you can experience the following:

1. Introductions & Initial Meeting

We’ll meet at your home or at the project site to review goals, priorities, and cost expectations. This conversation sets scope, timelines, and the decision-making route so everyone starts with the same understanding.

2. Measurement & Design Plans

We measure the full space and develop initial design plans. During this phase we refine layout, materials, and features through focused discussions so the design reflects your needs and wants.

3. Pricing & Contract

Once designs are finalized, we prepare transparent pricing. Approving the design and budget leads to a mutually agreed contract that clarifies scope, payment schedule, and deliverables.

4. Make Selections

Selecting finishes, fixtures, appliances, and other specifications early is crucial. Timely selections keep the project on schedule and avoid costly delays. We’ll provide guidance and tools to simplify choices and track deadlines.

5. Preconstruction Meeting

Before work starts we’ll meet with the project team to review schedule, plans, and expectations. Topics covered typically include: dumpster placement, dust control, pets, daily use of your site, security concerns, etc.

6. Construction

7. Final Walk Through & MOVE IN

We complete a walk-through with you, create a punch list for any finishing items, and confirm everything meets the agreed standards. After final approvals we hand over the project and support your move-in. We also review warranty and care information.
