This multi-room renovation project began with stunning new white oak flooring throughout the main level, creating a warm, unified flow. The kitchen was transformed into a serene Scandinavian-inspired space, featuring crisp clean lines, minimalist cabinetry, and timeless elegance. The powder bathroom received a bold update with dynamic wallpaper that adds excitement and personality to the compact room. The laundry and front office and the lower guest bathroom were remodeled during the first phase as well. A second phase of remodeling focused on upper level bedroom spaces. These were all combined into an expansive owner’s suite with two-sided fireplace, sitting area, large walk-in closet, and luxurious bathroom that takes advantage of the fireplace.
