Boyer Custom Home in Minnetonka: Designed with Families and Furry Friends in Mind
The great city of Minnetonka is home to this Boyer custom built home and great care was taken to make sure not only was the family thought of with each design decision but also their precious dogs. Maintenance-free floors were installed to incur little to no wear-and-tear from the dogs. A mudroom with built-in kennels was designed to keep the little pups safe and sound while our homeowners were away. When it’s time to let them out – a custom dog run was built for ease of access so no accidents. The beautiful kitchen off the mudroom is open and spacious with white custom cabinetry. The great-room off the kitchen is an open, fireplace focused cozy space with custom beams and built-ins to grab a book and snuggle up near the fire. The main floor is home to a spacious primary suite and large primary bathroom with soaking tub, shower and large double vanity. Downstairs we built a large workout room with a glass wall off an entertaining/family room and around the corner is where the dogs can get groomed in their very own grooming station equipped with a grooming table and all items to make it easy for the two special family members.
