After living in our house for over 30 years (and having done many projects during that time), we decided it was time for a major update and a serious remodeler. We started talking with Boyer and decided not to talk with anyone else. We changed every piece of trim, every door, all of the flooring in addition to expanding our dining room, changing our stairway railing, turning our powder bath into a much needed pantry, a kitchen redo, and bumping out into our oversized garage to create a new 3/4 bath and back hall closet. Boyer found solutions to fix and address everything we wanted to change after so many years. Even though we kept adding to the scope of work during the project, Boyer was able to manage the project and still complete it on time. We learned that a reputable builder also has good subs and they were key to taking care of all of the details. And a good builder keeps you informed of issues and updates and we always knew how things were moving along. Everyone always asks if you are still satisfied with your contractor. The answer is Yes! and I would use them again. They are a great team to work with.
