This 1950’s vintage rambler-style home was bursting at the seams with a family of eight. We needed to add bedrooms, kitchen/family area, new entry and attached garage. This solution includes a gracious foyer, roomy mud room/laundry, cozy family room and kitchen area with a built-in banquet for eight. The foyer includes a gracious open stairway to the lower level. By reusing brick and other salvage items from the demolition we were able to create a seamless blend between new and existing.
