This charming colonial home, built in 1969, needed an update. Among other things, the kitchen was outdated, and the dining room was too small. The plan was to remove many of the interior entry walls to create a tv/sitting room as well as open the foyer to the rest of the house. Relocating the kitchen was a secondary idea that allowed the homeowner direct access to the porch and thus better utilization of all the spaces.
This home boasts custom cabinetry by Serenade Cabinetry with a walnut island, hardwood floors and Cambria counter-tops.
Truly a breathtaking transformation!
