“We have used Boyer Building for a number of projects at two different houses and have been extremely pleased with the results. From the beginning of the various projects, they listened to our thoughts with the intent to understand. In some projects we had definite ideas on what we wanted; on other projects, we knew generally what we wanted but looked to them for guidance.
Their professionalism from the planning stage through to the completion of the project is second to none. Boyer assigns a manager to each project who guides the work from start to finish: communicate the schedule of various construction personnel, timeline for delivery of material, and provide a single point of contact for the homeowner. When an issue arises, they work together as a team to resolve it; they are true problem-solvers.
The cost is communicated clearly before any work is done, and change orders are transparent. The Boyer employees and subcontractors are good ‘house guests’ as well: they show up on time, clean up their work area, and their talk is appropriate around family.
