One of Chris’ favorite projects and why: Kitchen/Butler’s Pantry in Medina
“This remodel is one of my favorites because of the thoughtful use of space. Many homes have a formal dining room right off the front entry, but in this project, we transformed that space into a beautiful butler’s pantry and extended kitchen—perfect for baking and extra storage. To maintain a welcoming flow, we added a charming entry niche where the dining room was once enclosed.
The homeowners were fantastic to work with, and our great communication throughout the process made the project even more rewarding. Seeing them love their new, more functional kitchen space—that’s the best part of my job! The many people not mentioned were all very much appreciated.
