Yes we do. We design and build both horizontal additions (expanding the footprint) and vertical additions (adding a level). The right approach depends on your lot, your citie's zoning and setback requirements, the existing structure's ability to carry additional load, and your budget. We walk you through all of it before you commit to a direction.

Q: Can Boyer remodel an older home?

Yes — and we do this often. Many area homes were built in the 1950s through the 1980s, with some even before 1950 with structural quirks and material choices that need experienced hands. Older homes often surprise you once walls are opened: undersized framing, abandoned plumbing, knob-and-tube wiring, or unexpected foundation conditions. Our project managers know how to spot these issues early and our carpenters know how to address them without compromising the original character of the home.
