Our clients have everything where they need it; exactly what we aim for in the custom home building process! The front greatroom has all the comforts of home including a fireplace and kitchen while it overlooks a vast and beautiful prairie. Behind the fireplace is a cozy den to sit and read a book as well as a guest powder bath between this space and a small home office. Through a small hallway from the kitchen is the easy and accessible mudroom/laundry which opens into the primary bathroom and bedroom. A detached garage with smart storage was added as well for all of the grandkids’ toys.
