Boyer Building recently transformed a classic 1960s Midcentury Modern home on Lake Minnetonka into a sophisticated Transitional-style retreat. What began as a dated, compartmentalized space is now a bright, open home designed for modern living and effortless lake views. The renovation included a refreshed exterior with new garage space, custom architectural details, updated windows, and inviting outdoor areas — including a deck and patio that create seamless indoor-outdoor connections.
Inside, walls were removed to open sightlines to the lake, expand the kitchen, and enhance gathering areas for family and friends. A full main-floor redesign brought new life, while the lower level was completely reimagined to include comfortable living, entertaining, and fitness spaces.
