This 1960s rambler was selected as a Remodelers Showcase for good reason. While the home’s structure was solid and well built, the interior was ready for a thoughtful modern update. Boyer Building transformed the living spaces by removing walls to create an open, airy layout and reworking a former galley kitchen into a spacious, functional hub with improved traffic flow. The primary bathroom evolved from its original pink tile into a luxurious retreat featuring high-end finishes. The lower level was also fully built out to support the needs of a growing young family.
