With new homeowners moving into a previously remodeled Boyer Building home, this luxurious Lake Minnetonka residence was already familiar territory. In this next chapter, we completed a comprehensive update that included a fully reimagined primary bathroom with refined, high-end selections and a spacious new layout. An addition moved the dedicated dining room and created space for a full walk-in butler’s pantry as well as more living space on the lower level.
Remodeling on the main floor allowed a new home office and refreshed the kitchen and most other spaces as well. On the lower level, we expanded the TV area, remodeled the kitchenette, added an exercise room, converted a bedroom into a bunkroom, remodeled 2 bathrooms, and created a convenient liquor locker tucked beneath the staircase—creating a home that feels both elevated and perfectly suited for modern living.
